The Moyer House Benefit Tea was a wonderful event this year! We had a full house of people interested in the preservation of this wonderful home. "Hats off to ____" was the theme and Christmas, Fall, Thanksgiving, Veterans, and Breast Cancer Awareness were the decor. Check out the photos from this years event and join us next year as we continue to gather together for the Moyer House Resotration.

 

History - Built for John and Elizabeth Moyer in 1881

A tour of the Moyer House, built in 1881, will reveal an Italianate Villa style home with incredible artwork on the ceiling, carved finials, murals above bay windows, and painted transoms. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of volunteers, this home is only a few rooms away from complete restoration.
